CMRHOA Noxious Weeds Committee  

Montezuma County law requires land owners to control plants on the noxious weeds list. The HOA sprays the right-of-way to the subdivision's roads, but lot owners are responsible for their own properties. Below are sources of information on identification and control of plants listed on the Colorado noxious weeds list.
